Many social and political factors influence the voting behavior of the people. Quantitative approach is used in this study. The aim of this paper is to explore the factors that influence the voting behavior of the unemployed females, to determine the awareness about significance of their vote, to explore the preference of the unemployed females to elect candidate, to find out the reasons behind the low female voter turnout. Political unawareness and family restrictions are the major reasons behind the low female voter turnout in Pakistan. If we want to become a democratic country in real meanings, we have to give electoral educations to our females at basic level. We should teach them at school and college level about electoral education.
